ORDER PROCESSING

Please review the order confirmation you receive from bandcamp and contact us if you see any errors.
Please ensure that shipping & billing addresses are correct as they are crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Orders received on a weekend or UK bank holiday will be processed the following business day.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 72 hours but typically can do this faster.
Where tracking is used we will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed.
We ship from our warehouse in west London.
Any issues rest assured we will email you.

if you are purchasing through bandcamp then bandcamp will add local sales tax to your order when you purchase. you should not have to pay anything further., we will add documentation to your order that shows the sales tax was already paid by you and collected by bandcamp.

LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.

We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely with sturdy and protective packing material however we are not responsible for damaged packages due to the handling of delivery services.
Where shipments are insured the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

HANDMADE / HAND FINISHED PRODUCTS

Many of our products are either hand made or hand finished.
We do this to capture the spirit of underground DIY.
With these products there will naturally be imperfections and variations.
These should not be considered faults and refunds will not be given on account of imperfections in a hand made or hand finished item.

VINYL DISCLAIMER

Vinyl manufacturing is both art and science, and is not the same as digital duplication.
As such there can be anomalies and variations in the pressings and the sleeves.
Please bear in mind then that we cannot replace vinyl for the following reasons as the pressing plants themselves do not recognize these as faults:
Slight crackling (especially on colored vinyl).
Slight bumps on the corners and/or slight creases on the cover.
Seam splits on the inner sleeve
Radial run-out that doesn't clearly affect the playability or sound of the record.
Lateral run-out that does not clearly affect the playability or the sound of the record.

Return Policy

Please make sure you really want your order. we don't offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

We know that you are used to buying stuff online from Amazon and other big corporate retailers who let you return items for any reason at any time but please consider that we are an independent label run by volunteers who like you are passionate about the music. Our objective is to offer a fair, authentic, undergound service.

CLOTHING

We do not offer returns or exchanges on clothing items.
We provide detailed sizing information so that you can check which size is correct for you.
Each garment may have different sizing even when the label size is the same so please always check the specific dimensions provided for that item.
